A well-versed Chef, rooted from top-rated kitchens in London, Japan, Paris and Marseille, resides in Hong Kong Founder/CEO of both Cococobana and Coconuts, trained by Felix Saubrand, a protégé of August Escoffier.
London born, Chef Jean Paul Gauci moves to France in 1987, thus advancing his culinary skills with the brigade of Gerald Passadat, Chef de Cuisine of the 3-star Michelin restaurant Le Petit Nice in Marseilles. Respectfully with this experience, he advances in the culinary genre depicting his modern style of beautiful Mediterranean/Provence cuisine.
